Green manure to sow before the end of March

I have been patiently waiting for the farmer to finish with his olive picking, still on my daily walks I see the olives in the trees. He has been over the farm at least 6 or more times over with his stick and his roller and still they won’t fall. I cannot delay starting much longer.
